Under Oath, all evidence has been collected in good faith, and has not been altered and/or forged in any way, shape, or form with the exception of cropping and scaling applied to screenshots, and Minecraft Format messages being removed from logs, and removal of extraneous data that does not alter the messages shown in a significant manner. Some context may have been lost due to the nature of these screenshots, but we believe the overwhelming majority of the messages are either in-context or stand on their own.

NedHuman was previously banned from the discord for reporting Azeur to the Admins for breaking blocks he had permissions to. This would also technically count as Addition Grief.

NedHuman was banned from the McO Telegram Group near 2022/11/05 for doxxing the real name of the McO Moderator, Azeur (although Ned does claim this was public knowledge at the time, it is no excuse, personal information of a party should be shared by said party.)
Note that this log is only available on IRC as the discord message from relay seems to have been deleted.

NedHuman was banned from the TEMPDONIA 2021 event for spam/flooding. He repeatedly spammed “FUCK THE RULES FUCK THE ADMINS” in in game chat, with multiple Admins/Moderators corroborating that the messages were indeed, spam.
It is no secret that NedHuman conducts himself very poorly. Here are just a few of the messages that display poor behavior on his part.

"From 1Q12: [if] you check out $w Prime Pyramid you will find my first base. I built that close to spawn, as I always prefer things on servers. I then got head-hunted by Ned for a year, and had many items not even new players care about stolen, my horse that I got from borderlands, and my villager that I healed killed by him. He did it not because he needed to, but only because he enjoyed it. I was inactive for almost a year then. Then when I joined recently, he attacked me and finally got my head. I then thought it was over, but it wasnt. So I just decided to move to my new base, that I built. Check out $w Weltende for that.
Without ever having given out coordinates in public chat or in Discord, Ned somehow found my base and attacked me again for no reason at all. I had figured it would stop because he already had gotten my head. But he didnt. Multiple times, he would come over and look for any workarounds to do any harm to my place. Set all beacons to one effect, change spawner mobs, and kill any villagers that I had obtained from healing.
Now you know that I wrote the "Ned sucks" sign near his town. He then attacked me again. But couldnt kill me. He also wrote "FAGGOT" near my base, way closer to it then I did "Ned sucks" to his empty town. Krenath removed his sign soon thereafter.
This "legit" griefing is what I hate about it most
